It depends on which lift you choose. The 0.5" insole adds approximately 1.5" to your total height when combined with a standard sneaker sole, the 1" insole adds roughly 2", and the 1.5" insole can add up to 3" of real height. This is because the shoe's existing sole amplifies the lift effect.

The Height Boosting Cloud Insoles are available in men's sizes 6 through 12. They come in two colors — black and gray — so they blend seamlessly with any shoe interior.

For the 0.5" and 1" lifts, most people can use their regular shoe size without issue. If you're using the 1.5" lift or have a narrower toe box, going half a size up in your shoes may improve comfort.
